Beaver Lake & Water -
We told you a little about this earlier: a man-made lake is over 28,000 acres and runs along the White River system. Talk about some natural scenic beauty, it has campsites, picnic areas, swimming beaches, limestone bluffs, marinas, cabins, 500 miles of shoreline,jumping off cliffs (don't look Moms), etc. Fishing on the lake offers bass, striper bass, crappie, bream, and catfish.
Devil's Den -

Close to Blueberry Park (the old Browne family farm), Devil's Den state park is ideal for hiking, backpacking, cave exploring*, horseback riding, mountain biking and camping. Cabins, campgrounds, tours through the bat caves, mountain trails and a public swimming pool are all available. (*Check before going to be sure that the caves are open as they have been closed in the recent past.)
